Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 造船工程學系 === 81 === This paper proceeded series of tests of flat plate and a pri- smatic hull (deadrise angle 20 degree) with wedges over the range : length-beam ratio .lambda. =2,3,4; trim angle .tau. = 4,6,8,10;wedge angle .delta. =0,2,4,7,10; length-beam of wedge =0.1 , 0.2 , 0.3 , 0.4. This wedge was assumeed to be an independent planing surface of low aspect ratio (lf/b) and effective wetted length calcu- lated by Savistky's formula. Fromthe test results above,a set of formulas for predicting added lift, added drag and added moment was fitted out, and compared with Brown's and Wang's, this one was proved to be good.
