Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 工程技術研究所 === 81 === The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the conditions of Aluminum plated on Fe-Mn-Al alloys in the Aluminumnzene bath. The high temperature corrosion behaviors of the Aluminum Fe-Mn- Al alloy in the oxide-contained or chlorine-contained were also studied as the basis of producing theitant or wear- resistant coatings on the Fe-Mn-Al alloy. The interaction among the concentration of the plating bath, and agitation was observed. The suitable current density would be concentration of the bath increases. Operated with prefferedhe same concentration of the bath, the higher efficiency would be increasing the current density. Considering the cost and efficiency, the best Aluminumbe obtained when the sample was polished with the 400 mesh SiC emery electroplated in the 45 w/o Aluminum Bromide- Ethylbenzene bath with 15 mA/cm^2 density and 60 rpm agitating velocity. The densified Alumina protectedn-Al alloy in the air- contained or chlorine-contained atmospheres at obtained for good corrosion-resistance.
