a few electric boards, always need more time or high cost. The
purpose of development of " The System of Automatic Layout for
Electric Board " is to solve these the problem. The research is
to develop a mechanical system to manufacture electric board,
the models of tooling include milling, drilling cutting. The
process of research can be devided into two parts : hardware
assembly and the software planning. The hardware includes a
3-axial gantry, a high speed spindle and controller, The
software planning part includes the processing of " Drawing
Exchange Format " of AutoCAD and using the data of the drawing
to manufacture the electric board.
