which can help people to solve the problems related to the
copyright law. In this study,the terms and meaning relatedto
the copyright law are introduced, the statutes of current
copyright law are analyzed,and the cases involved the copyright
law are also introduced as illustrative examples. The main
function of this expert system is the part of "Case analysis";
At the beginning,the system depends on the users' types of
products to execute the primary classification,then uses the
human-machine interactive interface to ask the users some
important questions about the involved case.Then the system
will provide some useful analyses and suggestions to the users
from the knowledge-bases of the statutes of copyright law,the
relative decrees of court,and something should be known and
attended on the court and some litigious techniques. The other
functions of the system are "The questions and answers about
the copyright law","The management of the copyright contracts","
The statistics of the copyright decrees" and "The management of
the copyright decrees".Those are very practical and fit for the
people's necessities . "The questions and answers about the
copyright law" will provide the useful information to help the
users to solve the questions they faced. "The management of the
copyright contracts" has many copyright contracts always used
by the people in any profession,hence the subsystem can help
the process of contracts more efficiently."The statistics of
copyright decrees" provides analysis and statistical
information about the numerical data of the copyright decrees
which make people to understand the situations of the decrees
about copyright law more clearly."The manegement of the
copyright decrees" is an interface and management subsystem
about the decrees of the court concerning to the copyright law,
which can make people to input and manage the decrees more
easily.
