Summary:碩士 === 中正理工學院 === 電子工程研究所 === 82 ===   Conventionally, the microwave voltage contorlled oscillator designing was separated by two parts: (1) In input port, two reflection coefficients, Γs and ΓΓN are used to obtain the oscillation condition (2) In output port, another two reflection coefficients, ΓL and 「out are used to satisfy the matching condition in order to avoid load pull effect。Generally, the output port is usually assumed to be perfect match for convience, and a tunning technique is necessary.   Basically, we presented a new method for designing microwave voltage control oscillator in my thesis.This approach utilizes four gamma method and take match conditions into input/output ports account simultaneously In general, this paper uses graphical method to draw four gamma circles of input/output ports in a smith chart. We also use the triple limition criterion to determine the stable and matching area. Finally, we find out an appropriate crossover area to achieve our goals which are oscillationg in input port and matching in output port.   In addition, we are also able to obtain the requirements of wideband, stable, match and linear by using the adjustment techniques of parallel/series feedback circuits.
