碩士 === 中國醫藥學院 === 藥物化學研究所 === 82 === Recently, anthraquinone -2- carboxylic acid found to be effective on Rat PCA assay. In order examine the antiallallergic activity of such related compound, syntheses of anthraquinone -2,7- dicaryboxylic acid, 7-methyl anthraquinone -2 - carboxylic acid, anthraquinone -2,6- dicarboxylic acid, 6-methyl anthraquinone -2-carboxylic acid and their derivatives were carried out. The structures of these compounds were fully indentified chemically and spectrally. A series of anthraquinone -2- carboxylic acid derivaties were evaluated for antiallergic and antiinflammatory activites. Some fo these compounds were found to be signficantly antiallergic active, including 2,6- dimethylanthracene (7),2,7-dimethylanthraquinone(10), anthraquinone-2,6-di-N-ethyl carboxaminde(18), 6-methylanthraquinone -2- N-ethyl carboxamide (21), 6-methylanthraquinone -2- carboxylic acid -2''- ehtoxyl carbnyl hydrazide (22), 7-mehtylanthrauinone -2-2 carboxylic acid -2''- ethoxyl carbonyl hydrazide (31). However, anthraquinone -2,6- dicarboxylic acid (11), anthraquinone -2, 7- dicarboxylicacid (12), 6-methyl anthraquinone -2- carboxylic acid (13) and 6-methylanthraqumonhe -2- N-ethylcarboxamide (21) were found owing antiinflammatory activities. Among them, anthraquinone -2,7- dicarboxylic acid (12) was the most oromising was selected for further studies.
