In the physiological point of view, some energy can be released quickly, while some others can not be released without a long-time stimulation. During the competitions, how to keep the physical energy released maximally is a very important subject for the coaches and athletes; and therefore, the running speed must be controlled so that the maximal energy release could be reached. In this paper, a radio telemeter for the running speed measurement is developeed, in coopertion with Tso-Ying Olympic Training Center, to report the real-time speed data for the coaches and runners during the training process. According to these data, the runner can find the best speed control to keep the maximum power action and to bypass his bottleneck so that a national or world record can be renewed.
