Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 醫學工程學系 === 82 === The Co-Cr-Mo alloy implants with or without HA coating implanted into the canine proximal femora intramedullarily. The bones were harvested after time interval (12 ,24weeks) . In this study,I investigated the effect of HA coated implants on principal strain value and distribution over cortex, and compare interfacial shear strength of implant with or without HA coating. As bone ongrowth on the HA coated implants surface after 12 and 24 weeks , femoral bending rigidity increase, the mechanical axis strain reduces . In contrast, strain valve of the uncoated implants have increaseed. The strain distribution of the 24 weeks inplantation with HA coating is more even than that of 12 week's. Shear strength by push-out test that after period of 12 and 24 weeks implantation with HA coating is about to 4.32 and 6.92 MPa. Strength for uncoateds implants of 0.38-0.48 MPa.
