Summary:碩士 === 國立中山大學 === 化學學系 === 82 === 2-carbonyl-5-methylene-2,5-dihydrofuran(14) has been synthesized by the flash vacuum pyrolysis method. under pyrulysis condition compound 14 eliminated a CO molecule to give 2-carbena-5-methylene-2,5-dihydrofuran(30). The intermediate 30 then underwent either ring contraction to give 2-methylenecyclobutenone(25) or carbene-carbene rearrangement followed by elimination of one CO molecule to give 1-buten-3- yne(26). Compound 14 has also been synthesized by flouride induced Hoffmann flimination of (5-trimethylsilylmethyl-2- furyl) acyl chloride(19). The existence of 14 has been proved by trapping experiments.
