Summary:碩士 === 國立中山大學 === 企業管理研究所 === 82 === The purpose of this study is to discuss the relation of personal characteristic, achievement motivation, reasons for training, and organization factors to the efficiency of training, and further to offer suggestions to the training institutions and business circle to improve their training efficiency and reduce the waste of training resources. The research result of this study is as follows: 1. Personal Characteristic: Except that those whose education level is graduate school or above will have lower "reaction", sex, age, marital status, training hours for the related training contents, voluntary participation in the training or beging assigned to receive training will not have influence on trainee''''s "reaction" and "learning". 2. Achievement Motivation: " Social-oriented achievement motivation" does not have obvious relation with trainee''''s "reaction", but is closely related to "learning". Meanwhile, " individual- oriented achievement motivation " has obvious relation with trainee''''s "reaction" and "learning". 3. In the four aspects of the reasons for training, except " company assignment and promotion ", " upgrading working ability and knowledge ", "enriching new knowledge and expanding life experience", and "learning communication skill of human relation" all have obvious relation with trainee''''s "reaction" and "learning". 4. Trainee''''s "reaction" has obvious relation with his "learning" . Meanwhile,trainee''''s "learning" is also closely related to his "behavior".
