The statistical methods applied to perform the data analysis are descriptive statistics, simple correlation analysis,ANOVA & posteriori multiple comparis- ons, T test,canonical correlation analysis,and stepwise regression analysis to test the differential-relations hypothesis. The major findings and important results with specific contributions of this research have been reported,e.g.,The correlation between demographics and dependent variables:1.The employees with age between 41-50 years old reveal a highest score on autonomy perce- ption,exertion commitment,continuance commitment,organization identification,and attendance rate. This finding suggests a implication for making good use of human resources by strategical HRM thinking.2.The employees with seniority of 4-5 service years reveal a highest outstanding job performance,etc.On the basis of such results, this research also makes some practical improvement proposals on the area of job design,family living,individual car- eer planning,working environment,organization structure,manpower arrangement & placement, and job performance evaluation etc,to improve the total management performance in all aspects.
