The organization and the administrate style during the pross of change ( or transition ). The selected case is a large integrated corporation wuth a strict hierarchied organization culture, That is Formosa Plastics Group. By investigation the influential factors at the group, this case is focus that , which contains the characteristics about circumstances、 industry、 business strategy、 lead style and etc. That was made by Formosa Plastics Group,It is the largest plastic company in Taiwan. By the longitudinla view, the adoloscent transition is "During the Company development and management revolution". That is the process in the given circumstance. How F. P. G. use their knowledge and intelligence to develop industry and The conclusions above are significant to the management in the follows aspects: 1.The change of environment has influenced on the growth stage of corporation. 2.In order to capture competitive advantage and adopt constant improving strategy is imperative. 3.One of the most important competitive strategy of F.P.G. is low-cost and high-synergy。
