By investigation the influential factors at the group, this case is focus that , which contains the characteristics about circumstances、 industry、 business strategy、 lead style and etc. That was made by Formosa Plastics Group,It is the largest plastic company in Taiwan. By the longitudinla view, the adoloscent transition is "During the Company development and management revolution". That is the process in the given circumstance. How F. P.
