Travel service agencies play an important role for domestic travel. This study discusses travel service agencies and rel- ative occupations in order to find weaknesses of dom- stic , then try to make some suggestions . The conclusions are summarized as flows: 1.Most of domestic travel service agency''s customers are employees and students . 2.People don''t spend too much times on bus , they like to stay in a good place and play fresh activation future . 3.Tourists most care for security and sanitation . 4.Tourists complain about traffic problems most . 5.There are less high class hotels and restaurants in scenic zones . 6.Domestics travels guides aren''t enough and most of they are too young . 7.Most of tour bus driver''s salary is commission . 8.The price of private rest station''s goods is high , and those goods aren''t special .
