Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 電機工程研究所 === 82 === In this thesis, theories and computer programs are developed to analyze and simulate the shielding effectiveness of two- dimensional structures over a lossy half space. The electromagnetic sources considered include overhead power lines, infinite line source and plane waves. For the shielding structures, metal wires, dielectric media, and magnetic materials are studied. Also, the influence from the earth ground is evaluated. For those electromagnetic shielding problems, a thin wire model, Moment Method, and a plane-wave spectrum Green's function are applied to determine the shielding effectiveness of the cylindrical (two-dimensional) shielding structures of any shape. Besides, static electric and magnetic methods are also used to study the shielding effectiveness of metal wires under power lines. The results from this study can be employed to analyze and reduce electromagnetic interferences from overhead power lines and other electromagnetic radiation sources.
