If the reactive dye realts with polyurethane resin to form water-soluble color resin, it will greatly reduce the environment pollution. In addition, increaseing the coloring and adhesion of dye is useful in upgrading the technology of dye pignent industry. The experimental results show that the addition of a single dye will increase the radius of water-soluble color resin with increasing dye's concentration, and that, in the present of a fixed another dye, the addition of a singly dye will decrease the radius of this color resin with increasing dye's concentration as a result of decreased free volume coming from hydrogen banding formation between dye molecules. Experimental results also indicate that surface tension of water-soluble resin dye decreases with increasing the concentration of dye. This is the result of the adsorption of hydrophobics of dye molecules on the surface of water. It is worth to note that the elongation of the film for the addition of dye molecules used to prepare water-soluble color resin increases with increasing the concentration of dye. This is because the functionality of dye molecule may prevent the crosslinking of dye molecules themselves or between dye molecules. It also indicates that the viscosity and tensil strength of water-soluble color resin will increase with increasing the concentration of dye molecule, this is possibly due to the formation and between dye and water molecules. However, the reaction of dye with polyurethane resin in the presence of triethylamine to form water-soluble color resin has been demonstrated in terms of IR spectra. 趙鼎揚 1994 學位論文 ; thesis 103 zh-TW
