碩士 === 淡江大學 === 日本研究所 === 82 === The thesis describes six chapter.Chapter 1 describes the molti- nation of thesis to illuminate the background of sucsess and evolutionary changes and outlines the charcteristics and the influence of Japanese type multinational coporations.Studise the prosess of multination to multionationalization of Japa- nese coporations and economy.The the features of Japanese coporation management will be discussed to show why Japan owns the increditable advantages of competition in world trade,and explain the reasons,relationship and distinctive featrues of the thriving development of Japanese type multinational copora- tions by the way. Analyze the conditions of Japanese direct investments in Asia from the 1970 to 1990 and from the point of view of the Electronical components to Asia nad well developed countries into anvestigale the conditions of oversea investments of ma- nufacturing industry and the investment conditions and trend of Japanese auto industry.Japan is facing the problmes of adju- stment in industry structure and emptiness of economy.By con- cluding the charateristics and influence to universal and Ja- panese economy,Asia becomes the battle of multinational copora- tions to make a global balance among America,Europe and Asia. Then, we will survey the possibility and conditions to develop multinational coporations for Taiwan's enterprises in future.
