The study is devided into two parts: column test and shake test. The former were followed Jou''s study, its items under the probe include the leachate analysis on different height, different lifts and different pH values of precipitation condition on land -fills.The latter one studied the influence of chloride in leach- ate ashes on the dissolution of heavy metals. The results indicated that in terms of distilled water extra- ction test the dissolution of heavy metals became lower after long-time storged. In different landfill condition, the cumulativly released quantity of copper, cadmium, lead and zinc were inverse proportion to the height of landfill. If incinerator residual were buried in separate lifts at different time, although it would be helpless to stabilize leachate quality,it could reduce the peak release concentration especially for chloride and copper. In terms of simulative precipitation of varied pH values, the precipitation with pH=7.0 leached the heigh copper, cadmium, lead and zinc peak concentration andcumulative quantity of copper. In terms of dissolution of heavy metals contained in fly and combined ashes by different concentration of chloride. The cmulat- ive release quantity of cadmium and lead were indirect proportion of concentration of chloride. It indicated that effect of complex- ing andactually released guantity of each heavy metals formd complexes with chloride were extensively.
