The major finding is listed following: 1.The grade of organization commitment is 3.17. Statistically difference is found in employees'''''''' age, marriage and salary. 2.The grade of job statisfaction is 2.10. Statistically difference is found in employees'''''''' age, marriage and education. 3.The grade of job involve is 2.92. Statistically significant is found in employees'''''''' sex, age, marriage, seniority and salary. 4.The grade of job morale is 3.26. Statistically significant is found in employees'''''''' working position and salary. we find the of doctors in hospital is the highest. 5.Organization commitment, job involve and job morale have relationship.
