Description
Summary:碩士 === 中國醫藥學院 === 中國醫學研究所 === 83 === Shu Gan Li Chi Recipes were useful agents when used to treat male infertility. We chose four Shu Gan Li Chi Recipes, Shni Shan, Shayau Shan, Kiyujui Tan, Chihuzugan Shan, from YI LIN GAI CUO as the subiects of our basic research. We analyzed 33 cases of semen in our study; First, each was examined for its sperm number and motility by computerized semen analyzer, HTM-2030. We used WHO criterion, which defined normal group as one with sperm number more than 20 million/ ml and the motility over50 %. In contrast, the semen with the motility lower than 50% was classified as abnormal group although its sperm number was morethan 20 million/ml. Then we chose the study group and the control group after administering the agents, we evaluated the motility improvement of both groups by HTM-2030. The concentrations of each recipe are 1.0 mg / ml and 2.0 mg / ml. The results are: l. In the aspect of Motility compair with control group. Kiyujui Tan 1.0 mg / ml had better stimulating effect than control group at 60 minutes in unnormal and normal group 2. In the aspect of Progressive compair with control group Kiyujui Tan 1.0 mg / ml had better stimulating effect than control group at 120 minutes in normal group 3. According to the condence effect. Shayau Shan 1.00mg/ml had better effect than 2.00 mg/ml at 120 minutes in unnormal group aspect to progressive and Chihujugan Shan 1.00 mg/ml had better effect than 2.00 mg/ ml in normal group aspect to progressive
