Summary:碩士 === 輔仁大學 === 大眾傳播學系 === 83 === This thesis is concerning aboout the management of cable channel operators from the perspective of organizational niche of Organization Ecology. The operational definition of organizational niche in this paper is the market positition of organization and the strati- gies that they use to operate their channel.The market position is "what it looks likes", and the stratigies mean " the ways it earns its life". This study also design several questions to solve these two issues . Taking in-depth interviews to 18 cable channel operators,we found that there are four kinds of niche of the operators.They are:the market leader、the non-market leader、 the nicher and the market guerrillas. Each of them has different market positions different strategies、and differents future developments.(See details in the thesis).
