By fitting the experimental data to the theoretical model , the var- iation of kinetic and adsorptive parameters with the organic sol- vent for the enzyme and substrate was reached , from which effec- ts of solvent polarity on the enzymatic reaction were obtained . It was also found that the less polarity of the solvent is , the less adsorptivity and reactivity is for the lipase. Moreover , possible explanations from the changes of enzyme structure were given to relate above variation with the organic solvents.
