Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 電機工程研究所 === 83 === Power system harmonics generated by a number of sources in the power network is well known. The loads of electrical distribution system are becoming more and more non- linear with probabilistic in there characteristics. The thesis proposes a novel and an efficient approach to compute the injected harmonic currents flowing in a branch of a power system due to the sum of randomly varying harmonic currents that are produced by nonlinear loads. A probabilistic model is established to derive the magnitude of the injected harmonic currents using the expected value and the variance of the harmonic current sources and the current- division principle. The simulated results using Monte-Carlo approach are compared with the analyzed results in order to verify the proposed method. It can be concluded from the simulation results that the proposed method can be successfully applied to compute the injected currents in a considered load due to the randomly varying harmonic currents.
