The tool of the research the self-made questionnaire, according to the PPCF purpose of basic activitiespurposes and the PPCF process of seven the t- test of completely randomizeddesign to analysize data, the are as follows: 1.From examining the reliability, validity, and perception, the of PPCF is suitable for domestic PE curriculum. 2.There is significant difference between PE teachers and perception of physical education curriculum. 3.There is a significant difference between the male teachers and the perception of PE curriculum purpose but no difference in process. 4.There is no significant difference between the female teachers 5.There is significant difference between the male PE teachers students in PE curriculum''s purpose and process. 6.There is no significant difference between the female PEle students in PE curriculum''s purpose and process. 7.There is no significant difference between the male PE teachers PE teachers in PE curriculum''s purpose and process. 8.There is a significant difference between the male and female the perception of physical education curriculum''s purpose and
