strength predicted by relative rigidity method(RRM)for concrete
filled rectangular steel tubular beam-columns. In order to
determine the ultimate strength of concrete filled rectangular
steel tubular beam-columns, this study is firstly based on the
relative rigidity ratio to calculate the axial forces shared by
steel and concrete. After that, the beam-columns interaction
formula suggested by AISC-LRFD(1993)and ACI(1989)are used to
determine the corresponeds moment capacity in steel and
concrete.
