in central city are not economic for ramp or plane type
parking. This study were based on the position from user ,
non-user , operating campany , society & goverment. To
establish hierarchy structure system. During selection proced-
ure for mechanical parking , objectives of differentgroup must
be considered. Each objectives is not exact same with evaluat-
ing criteria , there is also confliction between objectives ,
if the confliction is not avoidable , resolve this by group
decision method and AHP. Criteria evaluatethat proposal , due
to deficit of index information or state by linguistic
variable , apply linguistic variable in fuzzy theory to solve
this problem. The resulted synthetical performance index are
fuzzy , apply ranking fuzzy numbers to solve , proceeding
selection of every parking equipment. Collect approved parking
proposal information and had been operated public mechanical
parking information , to check and analyze, analyzing example,
we could get proven proposal from actual situation and the
result of this study.
