ndltd-TW-083NSYSU4420142015-10-13T12:47:24Z http://ndltd.ncl.edu.tw/handle/02736981671976158525 Application of BaTiO3 PTCR on Automotive Liquid Level Sensor 鈦酸鋇正溫度係數電阻之液面感測器應用 Su, Ming Yuan 蘇銘源 碩士 國立中山大學 電機工程研究所 83 In this paper, four PTCR samples were fabricated by the the conventional solid-state reaction method,which Tc is about 60、120、195、240C respectively.These semiconducting powders were pressed into different size of discs using a hydraulic press,and the samples were plated by different diameter of electrodes.It make use of I-V test method to measure the I-V character of the samples which put in air or in oil under room temperature,and then,the samples were put into constant temperature oven to measure the influences of different environmental temperatures.The last,according to thermal equilibrium equation,we calculate the thermal diffusivity,heat capacity and thermal time constant of the samples.According to the former test result:1th,it is the most important factor that the dimension of sample for the influence of heat responsive rate;the more small volume of sample,the more fast of heat responsive rate.2th,the more temperature difference between environmental temperature and Tc,the more fast of heat responsive rate.3th,the different temperature of Tc have no influences to heat responsive rate .4th,the different size of electrodes have no influences to heat responsive rate.By this reserach and the circuit design ,it will be great helps to create fast responsive rate,larger using range,many levels' sensor and cost lower of PTCR Liquid Level Sensor for the industry.
