Summary:碩士 === 國立師範大學 === 社會教育學系 === 83 === The Purpose of this study was to find the relationship be- tween variables (demographic,motivational,attitudinal,volunteer experience variables) associated with organizational commitment of volunteers. A representatives sample of 1,033 culture center volunteers were randomly selected. Data were collected via mail questionnaire. A 67% response rate were obtained.Frequency dis- tribution,percent,arithmetic,standard deviation, one-way ANONA, t-test,Pearson Correlation, Canonical Correlation, and Stepwise multiple regression were used to analysis the data. The follow- ing are amang the study conclusions: ⑴ The older the volunteer is,the more the organizational commitment he has. Buddhist has more organizational commitment than the volunteer who has no religion.The longer service duration a volunteer is ,the more organizational commitment he has . The leader volunteers have more organizational commitment than the other volunteers . A volunteer who has experience in other institution will has more organizational commitment than one who has none.⑵ There is a significant positive relationship between motivational,attitud- inal,volunteer experience factors and volunteer organizational commitment; a Canonical Correlation between motivational , attitudinal,volunteer experience factors and volunteer organiz- ational commitment factors. ⑶ Predictor of volunteer organiza- tional commitment:The best predictor is attitudinal variable , the second is motivational variable , the last is volunteer experience variable.
