In which, the selection manufacturing and stress measurement of the specimen and the numerical analysis is all included. At first, finite element analysis is made for the determination of the geometry and loading of the specimen. After that, the specimen are manufactured by CNC machine and tension testing are performed by using unversal test machine. The testing results are compared with those from finite element analysis. Furthermore, by reducing the radius of notch step by step, stress intensity factor(SIF)of the corresponding cracked structure are derived successfully from a special series form of stress concentration factor(SCF ).
