Based upon the Reynolds equations and the continuity equation, the method of SMAC(Simplified MAC)was utilize to simulate the two dimensional 、incompressible viscous flow passed through the underflow gate. The conditions of the flow : a uniform flow depth ''''y0 '''' with an inflow velocity ''''UL'''' flows through the underflow gate. Two cases were to be simulated : the height ''''a'''' of opening The main awareness of this simulations are the eddy viscosity 、 water surface line of the upstream and the downstream of underflow gate and the pressure distribution on the gate. The main discussions are particle distribution on flow field、 water surface line of upstream and downstream of the undergate flow and the pressure on gate. The upstream water surface line is in good agreement with which computed by the standard step method.
