building facility for high-rise housing. Exising requirements
and codes are examined and reviewed based on the user
requirements and current construction technologies. High-rise
1)The review and analysis of the related literature have been
done. Building facility system include ventilation、air-
conditioning、electricity、sewerage. 2)The synthesis of
existing related building code and regulation. Since there are
too many institution and too many criteria to limit the
building facility. Some of them are not match with the current
building technology in high-rise housing. This study combine
those affected factors to reprsent suitble regulation. 3)The
presentation of the interface between construction process and
the unit bath in criteria and regulations. A survey of unit
bath is being conducted for understanding domestic products and
their performance. 4)The suggestion of building facility
regulation in the future. It is uneasy to sythesis those
regulations in different goverment. A suggestion was made for
different facility system should have its indenpendent
regulation.
