Summary:碩士 === 淡江大學 === 國際事務與戰略研究所 === 83 === This thesis has two purposes:(1)to analyze from a political strategic point of view of the hisotrical setting of Communist China's Reformation, its theoretical foundation, and the process and dilemma of the reformation;(2)to predict the future development of Communist China. Methodology Three alternating approaches have been used to explain the process and dilemma of Communist China's Reformation: (1)Organizational Theory and Max Weber's Charismatic Authority Concept analyze the characteristics of Communist China's governmental organization to prove that the transfer of ideological authority to the economical emphasized ordinary authority is necessary. (2)Literature Review discusses the chief leaders' view points toward the political and economical development of China. (3)Historical Studies and Literature Review discusses the background, the development and the dilemma of the "Open Reformation:. Contents The seven chapters are outlined as follows: (1)The historical setting of Communist China's Reformation. (2)The analysis of the Open Reformation's theoretical basis. (3)The reformation of country's economical and political system. (4)The development and influence of country enterprise. (5)The reformation of city's economic System and the development of "Open Door" Policy on the ocean shores. (6)The reformation of bureaucracy systems. (7)The dilemma of Communist China's Reformation.
