碩士 === 台北市立師範學院 === 初等教育學系 === 83 === The purposes in this study are to develop "Elementary Educators'' Beliefs for Total QualityManagement(TQM) scale" , to understand the elementary educators'' beliefs for TQM , to investigate the differences of beliefs for TQM between elementary educators'' demographic variables and schools'' environmental variables , and to explore the influence of elemenatry school principals'' beliefs for TQM on teachers'' beliefs for TQM . This study employed the survey method , utilizing the "Elementary Educators'' Beliefs for Total Quality Management (TQM) scale " developed by this researcher. The subjects included 963 educators radomly selected from 59 elementary schools in Taipei area.Results were analyzed using the inferential statistics of ANOVA,MANOVA and Regression.
