碩士 === 中國醫藥學院 === 中國藥學研究所 === 84 === There are more than 40 pharmaceutical factories manufacturing extracted powder preparation of Chinese crude drugs in Taiwan .The market price of these preparation varied from company to company . We will compare the quality of these preparations and will also evaluate the quality between the Chinese herbal formulas preparations and the traditional Chinese crude drugs . This project selects five most commonly used Chinese herbal formulas preparations ( Jia Wei Xian Yao San , Liu Wei Di Huang Wan , Gan Lu Yin ,Sang Ju Yin , Xin Yi Qing Fei Tang ) used in the China Medical College Hospital. We will evaluate the quality between the Chinese herbal formulas preparations and the traditional Chinese crude drugs from based on the following parameters： (1).Loss on dring (2).Total ash content (3).Acid insoluable ash content (4).Dilute alcohol extract content We also use the TLC , HPLC to compare the quality of preparations between the pharmaceutical factories . We can know the quality of the pharmaceutical factories after completing this project , and we can offer some recommendation to the Chinese medical communities.
