molecules are undergone modulation from human hepatocyte
cytokeratin 18. To prove whether these two molecules
areproduced by modulation or protein degradation, we checked the
cytokeratin profile of human hepatoma cell line PLC/PRF/5 with
the methods used before.The result revealed that the PLC cells
have the same cytokeratin 18 related molecule as human
hepatocellular carcinoma tissue specimen.
