The most difference from Speare''s study is that we focus on thethe co mmunity satisfaction and migration intention of both the husband and wife in a family . In order to understand the migration intention , log-linear modeland logistic regression model are used to solve the impirical questions individua lly. In the empirical model , community satisfaction is measured by three d imensions:housing quality , community substantial invironment and neighborhood network .The main findings are as follows :1.The significant variables betwee n the migration intention of the husband and wife are very different from th e view point of the probability statistics . 2.In some situations , the wife w ill follow her husband when her husband wants to move.
