In this thesis , the Phasor Measurement Units (PMU) are used to measure the state variables of the cutsets , and send the state variables to the control center.The multiprocessor composed of all transputers which connected by networks is used to simulate the IEEE-57 bus , IEEE-118 bus and TPC-288 bus systems , it is results show that the proposed method can improve the parallel calculation of the BBD matrix.
