to the design system is discussed. By modularizing of the
system, so the demands of the design systems differ from
each other and the capability of each designer is difference
that the scheduling of the manpower is cared.
Basing on the structural of the IERA( Intrinsic-Extrinsic
Reasoning Approach ) and the AHP( Analytic Hierarchy Process )
method we describe and analysis the demands of the design
system and the capability of the designers. By simulating
with CPN( Coloured Petri Net ) we search for the total
design time of the design system. With the construction of
the decision index we decide the suitable design scheduling.
