According to the result, concrete suggestions were provided to reduce teachers'''' alienation. The main findings were as follows: 1.There were significant effect on some school variables in principal leadership. 2.There were significant effect on school variables in organizational climate. 3.There were significant effect on some personal variables in teachers'''' alienation. 4.There were significant effect on principal leadership in teachers'''' alienation. 5.There were significant effect on organizational climate in teachers'''' alienation. 6.some dimentions of principal leadership and organizational climate had enormous effect on teachers'''' alienation. Suggestions were given based on the result of the study for elementary school teachers, administrative organizations and further researches.
