They are frequenty found in soils rich in organic nytriunt.In genera, they are composed of three usual and important genera that can genera be distinguihed ated by their formation of conidia named: Microsporium,Trichophyton,Epidermorphyton.In addittion, Microsporium gypseum has th highestefrequency of aooerance about 32%.According to the result of experiment,color ofcolony and morphology of apparatus may be served as the major criterion in theidentification of keratinophilic fungi. Their mycelia can growth within the range of 25-35. Some of them are pathogenic to human in clinical. SDA is better that other media for the growth of mycelia. Chien C.
