碩士 === 國立海洋大學 === 電機工程學系 === 84 === In this paper, the conductor-backed coplanar waveguide structures are usedto design the capacitively coupled bandpass filter. The theory of the design of bandpass filter is analyzed firstly. Next, the coplanar waveguide capaci-tively coupled bandpass filter is designed and realized by using the impedance inverter. Moreover, the effects of coplanar waveguide discontinuity structures are studied and properly compensated. Finally, the performances of the band-pass filter are measured and improved by the suggested method.
