碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 商學系 === 84 === In order to adapt to the fast growth of the domestic economic structure and the abrupt change of the international situation, we must develop our economy freely and internationally. This research adopts the multiple constituency approach to analyze the ocean transportation business of the current containers in Kaohsiung Port so as to find out the key success factors of container transportation business in Kaohsiung Port. This research deals with the exploration of the true evidences which bring the conclusion of the key success factors of the Kaohsiung Port container transshipment business as following : 1.Open the unloading company to the private corporation. 2.Revise the laws about ocean transportation , customs and storage. 3.Improve the current management of the pier workers. 4.Reduce the interference of the transferred container storage and the selected cargo inspection. 5.Speed up the privatization and industrialization of the harbor business. 6.Computerize and simplify the process of customs passage. 7.Correct the reasonable calculation mode of the rent for the container base facilities. 8.Amend a simple and highly-efficient security inspection method for the entrance of ocean vessels.
