The uric acid sensor was combined with a flow injection analysis system to structure a bioanalytical system for monitoring the uric acid content in the haemodialysis waste. The effect of interferents in the sample had been reduced by modifying the electrode surface with an electropolymerized 1,3-diaminobenzene / resorcinol film. The resulted system could measure uric acid with a linear range from 0.01 to 0.4 mg/dl and sensitivity 97.4nA/mg/dl. The detection limit was 0.01 mg/dl. The correlation coefficient with the clinical photometric method was 0.97. Jan,Gwo-Jen;Hsu,Tien-Tsai 詹國禎;徐添財 1996 學位論文 ; thesis 72 zh-TW
