I interviewed 70 schizophrenic patients and their families from the psychic department of Natonal Taiwan University hospital and by constructive face-to-face questionaire, and analyzied the collected data with descriptive、advanced and mutiple regression statistical methods. The rsearch results were described as follows. The degree of drug alliance behaviors were very high either patients or families report.outpatient attendence rate of schizophrenic patients were also high. These were higer drug alliance behaviors among the patients having married, work or insight. The significant factors about drug alliance behaviors included the attitude of medical treatment and the intrupted of treatment.Otherwise the significant factors included the effect of life environment shift in the treatment of psychotic disease, the recognization of side effects, the frequency of self-reducing medication and the serious degree of symptoms. The factors affecting outpatient attendence rate of schizophrenic patients were as follows. The persons having religious belief had higher outpatient attendence rate. Outpatient attendence rate was lower among the patients with believing the effectiveness self-regulationin psychic treatment. The higher hospitalization rate is,the higher outpatient attendence rate was. There are 9 important predicting variables in predicting drug alliance behaviors. The intepretated amount can up to 43 and 56%. This study could be as tries to offer the referrence for homecare service and future research. Shu-Jen Shiau 蕭淑貞 1996 學位論文 ; thesis 187 zh-TW |
