Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣大學 === 機械工程學系研究所 === 84 === The object of this research are, first, to modify some part''s dimensions in an existing linear compressor and, second, to design a special controller for its stroke and phase conrtol. As a result, this linear compressor output power was improved and its practicable application was strengthen.
In the first step, a modeling, which applied both magnetic field theory and effective air gap theory, were developed to analyze the quantity of magnetic flux through the air gap, then the compressor output power can be calculated. Meanwhile, two finite element computer sofftwares PDEase and Emas which use different theories were used to verify the feasibility of above modeling by coparing their results. After that, an optimal design computer program has been written to calculate part''s demension based on derived formulation of above modeling. In the second step, fuzzy cntrol theory was adopted to design compressor controller. A single parameter controller was designed first, but it failed at above 2 Hz input due to the time delay. For solving this problem stroke and phase two parametwes''controller was designed then. Experimental results show that this controller can control both stroke and phase precisely up to 10 Hz input.
