However, Top managers personal traits are like an invisible hand behind the daily operation and set up the norms for the members'' behavior which influence the corporate cultureThree kinds of corporate culture proposed by WALLACH and four kinds of personal traits coming from organizational textbook are used to examine the top managers behavior in software industry. Linear structural relation model is used to find the relation between personal traits and corporate culture. From the result of linear structural relation model, we might offer the following results are derived:1.Type A behavior has positive direct effect onbureaucratic culture.2. Locus of control has positive direct effect on bureaucratic culture.3.Need to achieve has positive direct effect on bureaucraticand innovative culture.4.Risk-taking propensity has positive direct effect on bureaucratic culture.5.Bureaucratic and innovative culture has positive direct effect on supportive culture.
