By selecting working parameters likematerial thickness, mandrel speed, feed and clearance, and testing with experimental plan which was found with orthogonal table and response surface methodology, a statistic mathematic model which systematically discusses the effect of working parameters such as spinning force andsurface roughness is obtain.In addition by applying plastic deformation theory to shear spinning process, we found that the theoretical model can roughness use to estim-ate tangential spinning force if compared with actualexperimental data.By applying optimal seeking method, a better experimental arragement was introduced.
