Description
Summary:碩士 === 中國醫藥學院 === 中國醫學研究所 === 85 === The Chinese Medical listening examination involves detecting changes in the sounds of a patient''s voice as an aid to diagnosis. It is an important link in the chain of Chinese Medical pattern identification, but it lacks objective standards and precise methods. This study takes qi vacuity patients as its object, and applies sound analysis methods to understand the objective changes observed in the listening examination. From the outpatients department of Chinese Internal Medicine of China Medical Hospital; the study group has 26 patients who were diagnosed as suffering from qi vacuity and 25 patients without qi vacuity as the control group. Each patient pronounces /a/ for about one second and the second was recorded, and analyzed the sound wave patterns. Three parameters were proposed to set up discriminant functions, the three parameters are zero crossing average numbers (A1), variation on peaks and valleys (A2), and variation on formant frequencies (A3). Using A1,A2 and A3 to set up discriminant functions and the total classify correct proportion of the functions is 88.24%. It shows that the discriminant functions have power to detect the difference of sound wave patterns between qi vacuity group and non-qi vacuity group.
