The chemical equilibrium constants involving alkanolamines are expressed as functions of temperature, amine concentration and the loading of acid gases. With the exception of the equilibrium constants for reactions involving amines, the literature values for all the ionization constants and Henry's law constants were used in this model. The equilibrium constants involving amines were determined by fitting to the experimental solubility data of carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide in aqueous mixtures of monoethanolamine (MEA) with methyidiethanolamine (MDEA) and monoethanol-amine (MEA) with 2-amino-2-methyl-l-propanol (AMP). The temperature ranges from 25℃ to 120℃. The range of the concentration of amine between 1M and 5M. The partial pressure ranges from 0.002kPa to 5975kPa. Satisfactory results were obtained for calculations of the solubility of carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide in aqueous MEA /MDEA and MEA/AMP solutions for the systems tested. 李夢輝 1997 學位論文 ; thesis 95 zh-TW
