Internet learners along planned learning paths with cooperation and competition that have been proven effective.   This paper proposes an interface from which users easily design learning paths and contexts by multimedio tools. This interface is implemented by tabling and linking unctions of HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language).   This paper introdeuces a child learning system designed by the interface. This system shows that asynchronous interaction can allow. Internet learners to get social learning at any time and at any place, social learning with cooperation and competition can make distanct education more feasible and learning-effective.
