Summary:碩士 === 高雄醫學院 === 天然藥物研究所 === 85 === During the last dacade , over 100 potent bioactive secondary metabolites ,which are now called annonaceous acetogenius . They are a kind of cytotoxicmonotetrahydrofuran r-lactone compound , which is firstly discovered in 1982and it also shown potent cytotoxic,peticidal, antimalaria, T-cell supressent,antiparastic and antimicrobial activities. They usually contain 35 or 37 carbon atoms , one or two tetrahydrofuran ring, and a r-lactone with five toeight carbinol asymmetric centers. Recently, two new cytotoxic acetogenins, annoreticuin(1) and annoreticuin-9- one(2), were isolated from the leaves of Formosan grown Annona reticulata L.(Annonaceae).Compound 69 could be synthesized starting from 74. Reduction of 74 with DIBAL,followed by wittig reaction of the aldehyde with ylide 80-82 would provide87-89. Oxidation of 87-89 with mCPBA, followed by acid-catalyzed epoxide ringopenning would give the trans-THF compounds.
